It is important when you wish to clean of your high quality garments that individual washing instructions are checked, some brands have special treatments to ensure quality lasts, others require more attention.   Below are guidelines to follow when taking care of your clothing, but remember to check the label!

Wool Washing

Warm hand or gentle machine wash Use wool approved detergent Do not rub (see our section on pilling) Normal spin cycle Rinse well Do not bleach Do not tumble dry Dry flat in shade Warm iron if necessary Dry Cleanable Seperate white garments from dark ones Don't put fine fabrics in with your towels!

Denim Washing

100% cotton - designed to fade Turn inside out Wash seperately Do not soak, bleach or wring Warm machine wash Do not 'spot clean' individual areas Cold rinse - Normal spin cycle May be tumble dried Dry without delay Warm/Hot iron Dry Cleanable
